Taxonomy Comparison (Contig based)

  The ratio of the classified reads for the samples were compared each other. If classification results have less than 20 taxon, all of the taxon were displayed for each species and if not, the taxon having ratio equal one percent or more were d isplayed only. The reads having multiple matches with different taxons are classified as their lowest common ancestor. You can see more detail information of taxon by mouse-over onto bar chart.
