Show Description

Centrifuge was used for taxonomy classification of the contigs. (Identifies Bacteria, Archaea, and Virus) The contigs having multiple matches with different taxons are classified as their lowest common ancestor. Krona plot showed taxonomic composition for each samples. You can see more detail information of specific taxon by clicking chart area of the taxon and easily search for species of interest by typing scientific name on search bar located on upper side.

The number and percentage of taxon classified from contigs were calculated to display contents of species in the sample. You can see the results from phylum to subspecies level by clicking taxon level you want to see. Taxonomy name "k__;c__;o__;f__;g__;s__;n__" means "Root" which is highest level of the taxon. Root can be detected when contigs have multiple matchs with different superkingdom species. The contigs which is not classified are described as "Unclassified". Abundance were normilized value based on normalization formula. For the detail, please refer to the Taxonomy assignment for contigs section of Methods page. Abundance can be calculated in genus, species and subspecies level, therefore, abundance of the others is described as NA.
