Pangenome analysis

  Pan genome analysis was conducted using Roary. Followed graph depicted how many genes are common or not among the samples. Dot or linked dot in X-axis means sample or sample combination and Y-axis means how many genes are shared in specific sample combination or how many genes are specific for each samples.
